Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes supporting the GTM motion. You will design and maintain territory and account logic across events and communities, ensure data flow between CRM and enrichment tools, and drive tool adoption.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in revenue/data operations, strong Salesforce expertise, ZoomInfo proficiency, HubSpot familiarity, and advanced Excel skills for scalable lead scoring and analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.
• Hands‑on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, and reports.
• ZoomInfo power user with knowledge of credits, filters, and limits.
• HubSpot familiarity is a strong plus, especially integration with Salesforce and enrichment, reporting, and events.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models for ICP fit, revenue tier, industry and community roles.
