Qualifications
- 8+ years in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar
- Data modeling and integration design across tech stack
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders to gather requirements
- Extensive Salesforce platform knowledge and use of declarative or code
- Ability to lead teams and advise buy vs build decisions
- Awareness of AI in RevOps and data governance
Responsibilities
- Define architecture principles and standards for GTM teams and clients
- Connect GTM systems via integrations or iPaaS platforms
- Identify where AI can add value and design workflows
- Diagnose broken GTM systems and own fixes to shipped solutions
- Advise on buy vs build and present scalable solutions
- Mentor teams and promote diligent delivery and enablement
- Monitor AI trends in RevOps and advise on impact
