Job summary

Level AI is hiring a builder-first RevOps leader who will own the forecast engine, pricing governance, and territory models. You will design and ship the core systems in Salesforce, Gong, and Claude, rather than just managing a team.

The role blends hands-on development with strategic oversight across GTM initiatives. You’ll create a live CRO dashboard, ensure data hygiene, and partner with Marketing to keep a single source of truth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who designs and ships systems, not just manages.
• Fluent with Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
• Bias toward shipping: scope tightly, deliver, and close the loop.
• Experience with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM-driven workflows).
• Ability to influence tenured sellers by proving value first.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship a forecast/deal engine using Gong + Salesforce with MEDDICC-based structure and ~5% accuracy target.
• Build pricing guardrails, discount authority, and quote governance for fast, margin-safe deals.
• Develop territory and quota models with Salesforce-based routing and attainment tracking.
• Create signal layer with product usage and intent data fed into a scored queue for GTM teams.
• Architect GTM AI agents for research, forecasting, and daily pipeline briefings, productionized.
• Develop an ICP scoring model that improves as deal data grows.
• Create a live CRO dashboard with pipeline coverage, conversion, ramp velocity, and forecast accuracy.
• Own cross-functional GTM projects end-to-end (pricing changes, launches) with defined owners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a single pipeline definition and source of truth.
