You’ll build with AI-in-the-loop tooling, own end-to-end GTM projects, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and product. A builder mindset and practical execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who has built forecasts, routing logic, dashboards, or GTM automations.
• Deep, working fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
• Bias toward shipping: scope, deliver, and close the loop rather than leaving projects at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship core GTM systems in Salesforce, Gong, and Claude.
• Own forecasts, deal desks, pricing guardrails, and quota routing models.
• Build signal intelligence: product usage, intent data, and AI agents for daily pipeline briefing.
• Lead cross-functional GTM projects end to end with clear ownership and definition of done.
