Job summary

Nightfall AI is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to design and own the GTM engine from scratch. You will architect the CRM, forecasting models, and automation workflows, using AI tools to accelerate delivery beyond traditional RevOps teams.

You will partner with the CRO/CEO on GTM planning, headcount modeling, and data-driven decision making, while ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across revenue operations, GTM strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Hands-on technical builder using Salesforce, SQL, APIs, and AI/LLM tools to ship GTM automations.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM.
• Strong analytical foundation with bottoms-up revenue models and forecast.
• Self-directed startup-pace operator with strong communication across CEO-to-seller spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline management, forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and reporting.
• Architect GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution) and ship automations with AI tools.
• Own GTM data quality and reporting; turn data into strategy recommendations.
• Design scalable GTM processes (routing, handoffs, renewals, expansion triggers) and document them.
• Align Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance on systems and data definitions.
