Job summary

Level AI, a remote-friendly B2B SaaS innovator, is seeking a builder-first RevOps leader who can design and ship critical GTM systems in Salesforce, Gong, and Claude. This is both a hands-on role and a management position, with no pre-existing infrastructure, so you’ll own the architecture end-to-end.

You’ll implement a MEDDICC-based forecast, pricing governance, territory models, and live CRO dashboards, while collaborating with marketing and sales to create one source of truth and accelerate

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who creates forecasts, routing logic, and dashboards.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical and systems design instincts.
• Bias toward shipping: deliver and close the loop; avoid 80% work.
• Comfort with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM workflows) as core stack.
• Ability to influence entrenched sellers by proving value first.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional GTM projects end to end with clear owners.
• Design, build, and deploy the forecast and deal engine in Salesforce.
• Architect GTM signal intelligence and AI agents for pipeline briefing.
• Partner with Marketing to maintain a single pipeline definition.
• Create live CRO dashboard, trustable data hygiene.
