Job summary

SalesPlaybook is looking for a GTM Engineer to own end-to-end GTM-Engine projects, from architecture to client-driven results. You will design, build, and optimize signal-based outbound systems combining precision targeting, automation, and AI-driven personalization.

Work with a small team or solo to deliver high-impact GTM solutions, mentoring junior engineers and shaping best practices for repeatable client success. This role offers strong remote flexibility and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects.
• Deep understanding of GTM tooling and RevOps architecture.
• Hands-on experience with the listed tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of GTM-Engine projects – from discovery and system design to execution and measurable pipeline impact.
• Translate complex business goals into actionable technical architectures (automations, integrations, workflows).
• Lead technical validation and client alignment during both sales and delivery phases to ensure long-term success.
