You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define principles, select between off-the-shelf and custom solutions, and drive outcomes for high-growth customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems.
• Ability to lead complex architecture discussions with executives.
• Experience mapping GTM systems and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Connect GTM systems through integrations or iPaaS platforms.
• Identify where AI adds value and design automated workflows.
• Diagnose fragmented GTM systems and deliver end-to-end fixes.
• Advise on buy vs build and present scalable solutions to clients.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams toward high-quality execution.
