Level AI is seeking a builder-first RevOps leader who will design and ship core GTM systems in Salesforce, Gong, and Claude. You will own forecasting, deal desks, territory models, and pricing governance, while delivering production-grade AI signals and daily pipeline briefings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who ships end-to-end systems, not just leads a team.
• Deep fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical instincts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, own, and prove systems in Salesforce, Gong, Claude.
• Own forecast/deal engine, territory/quota models, and pricing governance.
• Develop signal layer, GTM AI agents, and ICP scoring model.
• Lead cross-functional GTM projects with clear ownership and success criteria.
• Maintain live CRO operating system dashboards and data hygiene.
