Lob is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to bridge GTM operations with business strategy, translating priorities into execution and delivering analytics-driven recommendations. You will drive incentive planning, forecasting accuracy, and operationalize analytics across GTM and Finance teams.

Responsibilities include owning GTM analytics, designing incentive plans, and aligning revenue targets with headcount and budgets.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or business operations.
• Experience designing/ administering compensation plans across Go-to-Market orgs.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead GTM strategy & planning, annual + quarterly forecasting.
• Own RevOp analytics suite and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver analytical insights and strategy.
