Job summary

Lob is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to align GTM execution with business strategy. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, synthesize operational insights, and drive revenue growth through analytics and process improvements.

You will collaborate with GTM and Finance teams to forecast, plan incentives, and operationalize data-driven recommendations across a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop scalable operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions to execute initiatives.
• Experience designing compensation plans for GTM teams including Sales and Customer Success.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable processes and operating models.
• High analytical capability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent project management and delivery ownership of complex programs.
• 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, BI, and data warehouse tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Omni).
• SQL experience is a plus and understanding GTM metrics (NRR, LRV, CAC) is important.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM strategy & planning, including weekly reviews, New Logo + Usage forecasting, and annual planning.
• Own RevOps analytics: KPIs, datasets, and scalable dashboards balancing admin vs. insights.
• Serve as strategic partner to senior leaders, providing data-driven recommendations and tradeoffs.
• Lead cross-functional GTM workstreams with Product, Finance, and Operations to execute analytics-driven strategy.
