Job summary

Lob is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to align GTM operations with business strategy and translate priorities into execution. You will drive forecasting accuracy, incentive design, and analytics to support revenue growth in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

In this role, you’ll own the analytics infrastructure, define KPIs with Finance, and partner with Product, Sales and Operations to implement data-driven improvements. Remote-friendly with multiple states eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategic priorities into execution across GTM operations.
• Ability to synthesize analytics into actionable guidance for leadership.
• Proven track record in revenue planning and forecasting in fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive GTM strategy and operations for leadership reviews and annual planning.
• Own RevOp analytics suite and KPIs, build scalable dashboards.
• Partner with Product, Finance and Operations to deliver insights and drive initiatives.
