Lob is hiring a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to align GTM operations with business strategy and to translate priorities into actionable initiatives. You will collaborate with GTM and Finance to improve forecasting, incentives, and analytics.

The role emphasizes building scalable analytics, dashboards, and KPI definitions, translating data into decisions, and partnering with Product, Finance, and Operations to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy or business operations.
• Experience with CRM, BI, and data warehouse tools.
• Ability to design incentive plans and forecast accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive GTM strategy and annual planning.
• Own RevOps analytics suite and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Operations to deliver insights.
• Translate strategic outcomes into executable roadmaps and projects.
