Job summary

Lob is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to connect GTM operations with business strategy, translating priorities into execution and turning insights into proactive recommendations. You will collaborate with GTM and Finance to drive incentive planning, forecasting accuracy, and analytics.

Responsibilities include owning GTM strategy, analytics infrastructure, and cross-functional project delivery, with a focus on data-driven decision making to improve revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM strategy, or business operations in SaaS/FinTech or high-growth companies.
• Experience designing and administering compensation plans across Go-to-Market orgs including Sales and Customer Success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions to drive GTM initiatives.
• Understanding of GTM metrics and how to calculate them; familiarity with NRR, GRR, LTV:CAC, CAC Payback.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategy and operations for GTM leadership, owning weekly business reviews, forecasts, and annual planning.
• Own RevOps analytics, define KPIs, build datasets, and scalable dashboards.
• Translate large, multi-quarter strategies into projects and execution plans with cross-functional partners.
