CharterUP, LLC. is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis for a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace.

The role supports multi-segment Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, enabling efficient lead and account workflows and proactive decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote-first environment, brings 4+ years in revenue/sales operations, and has strong CRM/admin experience with Salesforce and Outreach.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Ops, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel/GSheets skills and some SQL experience.
• Expert-level CRM administration and integrated tech stack management (Salesforce, Outreach, automation).

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue processes with bottleneck identification and optimization.
• Design and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes.
• Administer and extend Revenue Stack (Salesforce/Outreach) and ensure data integrity; contribute to tech roadmap.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support, and other revenue functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Assist in setting annual/quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and comp plan design.
• Provide forecasting support with sales leadership and finance to improve pipeline visibility.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, sales productivity, campaigns, and churn.
