The position emphasizes building scalable processes, dashboards, and automated scoring/lead assignment while guiding the organization with data-driven insights and AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Ops in B2B SaaS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and SQL experience; CRM admin and tech stack management.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end revenue process with cross-functional teams.
• Design standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close processes.
• Configure and customize Salesforce/Outreach; manage data integrity and integrations.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Accounts, Support for revenue insights.
• Own monthly commissions, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Forecast revenue targets with sales leadership and finance.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Analyze pipeline health, sales productivity, and churn.
