Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis for a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace. The role demands an analytic mindset, experience with Salesforce and Outreach, and the ability to drive revenue processes end-to-end.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and KPI dashboards while shaping forecasting and compensation design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights; advanced Excel/Google Sheets and some SQL.
• Expert-level CRM administrator (Salesforce) and experience managing an integrated tech stack including sales engagement (Outreach), marketing automation, AI, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and organization; ability to translate concepts into actionable projects and drive them to completion.
• Ability to propose solutions balancing speed and durability/scalability and to lead projects to completion.
• Willingness to incorporate AI to help the organization run smoothly at scale.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leaders and execs to define and manage the end-to-end revenue process.
• Design and document standardized processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities.
• Administer and customize Salesforce and Outreach; improve integrations and maintain data integrity.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, and Support.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data reviews, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Assist in setting annual/quarterly revenue targets, forecasts, and compensation design.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility with sales leadership.
