Job summary
CharterUP is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and insights. This role supports a multi-segment sales org, improving efficiency and providing management visibility into key metrics, partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Ops.
You will own lead-to-opportunity processes, configure Salesforce/Outreach, and develop KPI dashboards. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Revenue or Sales Ops are required, with strong analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets to translate data into insights.
- CRM admin skills with Salesforce and outreach tools.
- Excellent communication and project management.
- Experience in marketplace or multi-segment sales Ops.
- AI tooling familiarity encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Define, document, and manage end-to-end revenue process; identify bottlenecks.
- Design and implement standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce/Outreach; enhance integrations and data integrity.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports across Sales, AM, Support and other revenue functions.
- Own monthly commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
- Forecast revenue targets and compensation plan design; support forecast accuracy.
