Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead for a fully remote role, based in the United States. You will own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion, bridging sales operations and data infrastructure.

Expect hands-on data work with Excel and enrichment tools, plus strategic tooling decisions. Qualifications include 4+ years in RevOps or related roles, strong Salesforce experience, ZoomInfo expertise, and advanced Excel with scoring models.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with a solid grasp of its architecture.
• ZoomInfo power user who knows its credits, filters, and limits.
• HubSpot familiarity is a strong plus, especially integration with Salesforce and related tools.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead or account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and refresh territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Develop lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community) for tens of thousands of accounts with auditable rules.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and similar tools.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as their RevOps resource and drive tool adoption.
• Proactively spot gaps in processes, data, and tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations and pilot new tools; support vendor comparisons.
• Build cleanup workflows in Excel and use automation to handle large datasets.
• Deliver recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses with trusted CRM outputs.
