Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. The role sits at the intersection of sales operations and prospect data infrastructure, designing territory logic and maintaining data across our events and communities.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on data work (Excel, enrichment, scoring models) with high-level tooling and process decisions, partnering with sales to optimize coverage and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and refresh lead and account scoring models for large datasets.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems.
• Keep contact and account records current through prospecting tools and bulk updates.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as their RevOps resource and drive tool adoption.
• Identify gaps in processes, data, and tools and recommend improvements.
