Job summary

Invoca, a leading revenue execution platform, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to own pre-sale operations, forecasting, and data governance. This remote-first role collaborates with Sales, Revenue Systems, and AI teams to optimize the funnel and drive growth.

You\'ll partner with Sales leadership, maintain Salesforce and GTM tools, build scalable processes, and deliver dashboards that reveal pipeline health and operational insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on with pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, territory operations, and reporting.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and GTM systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Own core RevOps functions across pre-sale funnel: pipeline management, forecasting support, reporting, data hygiene, and governance.
• Partner with Sales leadership on forecast cadences, pipeline reviews, and territory operations; surface insights for better decisions.
• Design scalable pre-sale processes from lead routing to opportunity management; improve seller productivity as the business grows.
