Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to translate high‑level strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. This role shapes a rapidly scaling B2B/B2C marketplace and requires curiosity and initiative to improve efficiency, handoffs, and management visibility across revenue teams.

You will own the revenue process, support forecast and compensation design, and refine automation to score and assign leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Advanced Excel/GSheets and SQL experience.
• CRM Administrator with Salesforce; integrated tech stack including Outreach, marketing automation, and AI analytics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; translate concepts into actionable projects.
• Ability to propose scalable solutions and drive projects to completion.
• Willingness to incorporate AI to scale operations.
• Familiarity with FP&A concepts related to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end revenue process with leaders to optimize bottlenecks.
• Design and document lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes.
• Configure and customize Salesforce and Outreach to improve integrations and data integrity.
• Contribute to revenue stack roadmap for scalability.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, PM, Support and revenue functions.
• Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Support forecast, targets, and compensation plan design with sales leadership.
• Provide forecasting support and improve pipeline visibility.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, sales productivity, and churn.
