Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. seeks a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis for a rapid-growth B2B/B2C marketplace. You will help the Sales team improve efficiency, manage data quality in Salesforce and Outreach, and deliver forecasting and KPI insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling revenue operations for a remote-first organization with a tech-forward stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced Excel/GSheets skills; some SQL experience is a plus.
• Expert-level Salesforce CRM administration and ability to manage an integrated tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document end-to-end revenue processes from lead to opportunity to post-sales activities.
• Configure and customize Salesforce; manage integrations and data quality.
• Develop KPI dashboards and regular forecasting to improve pipeline visibility.
• Own monthly commission calculations and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partner/Service Ops leadership to optimize revenue workflows.
