CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to translate strategic goals into actionable tooling, automation, and analysis. You will support a multi-segment sales organization, improve efficiency, and ensure management visibility into key metrics and trends.

You will build automations, score leads, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams while leveraging Salesforce and Outreach within a remote-first environment. Strong analytics and Excel/SQL skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Expert Salesforce admin with end-to-end stack experience.
• Excellent communication and project-management abilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketplace is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly commission calculation, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis.
• Provide regular forecasting support with sales leadership and finance.
• Design and manage end-to-end revenue processes: lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales.
• Develop KPI dashboards across Sales, Account Management, Support and other revenue areas.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive cross-functional alignment.
