Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales and technical teams. You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and practical certifications to accelerate time-to-productivity and revenue contribution.

You will lead ~5 bootcamps annually, design personalized coaching, and partner with leadership to align onboarding milestones with ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Own onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC).
• Data-driven mindset with ARR growth focus.

Responsabilités

• Architect and scale onboarding paths for multiple sales roles.
• Plan and run multi-day bootcamps with executive SMEs.
• Develop AI-driven practice scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to map enablement milestones to ramp metrics.
• Coach frontline leaders with 1:1 mentorship tools.
