Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale onboarding for regional sales, solution engineers, and customer success roles. You will blend instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and ensure rapid time-to-productivity across a remote-first team.

You will build tailored onboarding journeys, coordinate annual bootcamps, and drive certification milestones while partnering with leadership to optimize ramp metrics and ARR contribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator with curricula and certifications.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset, linking enablement milestones to ARR growth and velocity.
• Experience with enablement tech (Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic) and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain role-based onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales teams.
• Plan, facilitate, and run multi-day bootcamps with executive SMEs.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay, knowledge checks, and practice environments.
• Design baseline skill assessments and coaching for managers and new hires.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to tie milestones to ramp velocity and ARR.
