Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle, partnering with operational leaders and IT/Analytics to improve KPIs.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years Revenue Cycle experience (or 9 years without advanced degree) and at least 2 years of management; EPIC knowledge and strong analytics are essential. Remote option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years Revenue Cycle experience required.
• In lieu of advanced degree, 9 years Revenue Cycle experience required.
• At least 2 years of management experience required.
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle to drive KPI improvements.
• Manage major program rollouts with task plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with operations, IT and analytics to validate results.
• Identify data or system gaps and advocate for required changes.
