Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle and improve KPIs. You will lead program rollouts, ensure stakeholder alignment, and partner with operations, IT, and analytics to close data gaps and implement effective solutions.

The role requires experience in revenue cycle, data analytics, and strong collaboration with clinical and administrative teams; remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years Revenue Cycle experience.
• 2 years Management experience required; 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders to effect change.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle and drive KPI improvements.
• Manage programs and major rollouts with structured work plans and stakeholder alignment.
