Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle and improve KPIs. This remote-friendly role partners with VP and operational leaders to design effective solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsabilidades

• Drives change initiatives across the revenue cycle and collaborates with operational leaders to improve KPIs.
• Leads project management for major program rollouts, including policy, technology, and process changes with actionable work plans.
• Tracks operational KPIs and coordinates with IT and Analytics to validate results and address data or system gaps.
• Communicates with stakeholders to align on issues and ensure timely progress on initiatives.
