Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA, is seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change across the revenue cycle and collaborate with operational leaders, IT, and analytics to improve KPIs.

You will lead program rollouts, track KPIs, and identify data gaps while aligning stakeholders for timely execution. Remote work is available, with requirements for a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience (or 9 years without advanced degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle with KPI impact
• Lead project management for major program rollouts (policy changes, technology changes, process improvements)
• Identify data or system gaps and engage stakeholders to effect change
• Track operational KPIs and validate results with a feedback loop
