Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle, collaborating with leaders and the VP to improve KPIs. The role leads major program rollouts and requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years in Revenue Cycle, plus 2 years of management experience and EPIC proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience are required.
2 years management experience required.
2 years reporting/analytics experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of EPIC is required.
Experience identifying data or system gaps and collaborating with technical stakeholders to effect change.

Responsibilities

Drives change initiatives across the Revenue Cycle to impact KPIs.
Leads project management for major program rollouts (policy, technology, processes).
Collaborates with operational leaders to engage stakeholders and solve the right issues.
Learns and tracks operational KPIs to measure impact on the business model.
Escalates items not moving in a timely manner to ensure progress.
