Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

• Drives change initiatives throughout the revenue cycle and collaborates with operational leaders.
• Leads project management for major program rollouts with actionable work plans.
• Tracks KPIs and engages with stakeholders to validate results and gain alignment.
