Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA, seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics. You will lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle, partnering with operational leaders and IT to improve KPIs and ensure successful program rollouts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7 years Revenue Cycle experience (or 9 years in lieu), 2 years of management, and knowledge of EPIC. We offer market-competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with remote work option
