Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience required.
• 2 years of reporting/analytics experience preferred.
• Experience identifying data gaps and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management initiatives for major program rollouts and policy/technology changes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, IT, and Analytics to drive meaningful change.
• Learn and track operational KPIs to measure impact on the business model.
• Document business issues and gain alignment of stakeholders on timelines and outcomes.
