Qualifications

- 7 years Revenue Cycle experience; or 9 years if no advanced degree.
- Experience leading change initiatives and program rollouts.
- Strong collaboration with IT and Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle.
- Lead project management for major program rollouts and policy/technology changes.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure initiative success.
- Track operational KPIs and identify data gaps or system needs to drive impact.
- Engage with IT and Analytics to implement effective changes.
