Job summary

Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will partner with operational leaders and IT to drive KPI improvements and ensure successful program rollouts.

This remote-friendly role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience (or 9 years without advanced degree), plus 2 years of management and 2 years of analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
• 2 years Management experience required
• 2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
• Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to effect change
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle with KPI focus
• Manage major program rollouts with clear work plans and stakeholder engagement
