Qualifications

• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and standardize best practices across Mid-Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records; report non-compliance.
• Monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.
• Leverage healthcare technology and analytics tools to enhance decision-making.
