Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Revenue Cycle - Integrity Operations: Facility Coding Denials. The role focuses on operational leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the Mid-Revenue Cycle.

40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on governance and patient data confidentiality. You will oversee performance metrics, regulatory compliance, and technology utilization while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• RHIA / AHIMA certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years in mid-revenue cycle operations with 2+ years in leadership in a large health system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations within the Mid-Revenue Cycle function.
• Improve operational efficiency and standardize best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Leverage healthcare analytics tools to enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders.
• Coach and develop team members and drive performance.
