Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced Revenue and GTM operations specialists to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a fully remote role offering flexible hours (5-20 per week) with ASAP start at $100/hour.

You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, and audit funnel hygiene. You’ll create dashboards and craft outputs that executives rely on, requiring precise, error-free writing and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
