The role involves creating and refining job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, HR policies, and performance-review templates, with meticulous writing and formatting. Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP, compensation $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows (job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale).
• Draft and refine HR policy handbooks, performance review templates, and candidate feedback communications.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in headcount and compensation-band trackers.
