Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced support operations manager to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own health-score models, renewal forecasting, and craft executive-ready decks and runbooks from messy data.

Role is fully remote, 5-20 hours per week, with a competitive $70/hour compensation and ASAP start. Candidates should have 4+ years leading CS or support ops in B2B SaaS or services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning customer success or support operations for a B2B SaaS or services organization.
• Ability to translate messy support and usage data into quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks that executives and customers both trust.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop health-score dashboards and renewal risk scorecards for leadership use.
• Prepare quarterly business review decks and escalation runbooks used by executives and customers.
