Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards for leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Develop and maintain funnel dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership.
