Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced process engineers to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Remote, part-time engagement with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, at a rate of $90/hour.

You will own production capacity planning, BOM packages, root cause failure analysis, and quality control workflows, producing precise AI-generated materials and refining processes across core tasks while maintaining strong written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations with ownership of production capacity planning.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis, equipment maintenance planning, and supplier qualification standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.
• Refine processes for production capacity models, BOM packages, and QC checklists.
