Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced crm operations managers to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and payment at $100 per hour.

You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, audit pipelines for hygiene, and build funnel dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards that sales and marketing leadership rely on.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop CRM field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Produce funnel dashboards and conduct pipeline hygiene audits for GTM leadership.
