Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced operations excellence managers to help train their AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Fully remote, offering flexible 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, and business cases, emphasizing accuracy and strong written communication across core workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, business cases, and readiness checklists.
• Develop capacity planning models, SOP playbooks, workflow process maps, and associated forecasting/spreadsheet artifacts to support operational readiness.
• Maintain high accuracy and clear written communication in all deliverables.
