Job summary

Ethos is seeking seasoned commercial operations managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and ASAP start.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations, hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, plus experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards relied on by sales and marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with ownership of field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel conversion dashboards relied on by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: crm field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, territory carve models, pipeline hygiene audits, funnel dashboards, and deduplication rulesets.
• Support training of the language model by ensuring high-quality inputs and structured data across CRM and GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outputs and improve data quality for leadership reviews.
