Qualifications

• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents across core workflows.
• Draft job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, and compensation rationale.
• Develop HR policy handbooks, performance-review templates, and trackers.
