Job summary

Munters, a global leader in energy efficient air treatment solutions, seeks a Retrofit Sales Manager for the Southeast who will oversee service sales for RFE installations, refurbishments, and modernization efforts. The role requires coordinating with customers, engineers, and sales teams to prepare quotations and grow the service business.

You will travel roughly 1-2 trips per quarter (3-5 days each) and cover the Southeast states (FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX).

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in project management within a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with and working knowledge of components used in the HVAC industry.
• Good trouble shooting and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent speaking, writing, and listening communication skills.
• Leadership skills that help you effectively manage projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Working knowledge of CRM Programs

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations, including refurbishment and modernization.
• Develop relationships with key customer contacts within the assigned region.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with engineering and applications teams to ensure viability of RFE projects.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Travel as needed; 1-2 trips per quarter, 3-5 days each.
• Generate leads and track quotations; close orders.
• Provide monthly reports to Regional Service Manager.
• Ensure sell price and profit margins meet goals.
• Handle all requests from management promptly.
