Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager (Southeast Region) to lead service sales for refurbishment and modernization projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and applications teams, preparing quotes, and driving growth in the installed base with limited travel.

The candidate will manage regional customer relationships, identify RFE opportunities, and negotiate terms to close orders while upholding margins.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management in capital equipment.
• HVAC components knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent speaking, writing, and listening communication skills.
• Leadership to manage projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales activities for Retrofit installations and refurbishments.
• Coordinate with engineering and applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals.
• Present to prospective customers and sales channels.
• Forecast orders and sales monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Travel as needed to meet project schedules (1–2 trips per quarter).
• Generate leads and close orders while maintaining margins.
• Provide monthly reports for Regional Service Manager.
