Job summary

Munters is seeking a Retrofit Sales Manager (Southeast Region) to lead service sales for retrofit, refurbishment, and modernization projects. This remote-from-home role requires 1–2 trips per quarter and entails coordinating with engineering and applications teams to validate RFE viability.

You will prepare estimates and proposals, present to customers, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts while ensuring target margins and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a capital equipment environment.
• Experience with HVAC components and installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken, written and listening communication skills.
• Leadership skills to manage projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage service sales for Retrofit installations in the Southeast region.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Applications teams to ensure RFE viability.
• Prepare RFE estimates and proposals for service products and materials.
• Make presentations to customers and sales channels.
• Forecast orders and sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Travel roughly 1–2 trips per quarter (3–5 days each).
• Ensure projects meet goals for cost and schedule.
• Generate leads, issue quotations, track and follow up on proposals.
